Churches
Where permitted, WAF can allocate assets designated for a specific purpose by churches—usually a “Building Fund,” but also restricted gifts received from an estate or trust. Some accounts are maintained only until the assets are needed, while others are established to provide ongoing interest income to the church in perpetuity.
Most churches that entrust us with these resources are interested in allocations focused on interest income, but we also offer allocations that include equities for church boards seeking both long-term growth and income for their church ministries.
